Parintins Festival 2012
In one of the most important tourist points of the Amazon takes place the Parintins Folklore Festival, a festival conducted every year s in the last week of June in the town of Parintins in Amazonas state. Marked by impressive alégories represented by cars made by local artists, the argument is based on legends of the region who return every year in the popular imagination of the people representing the history Amazonian basis through a festival full of magic joy as the players that the public in the stands. The agency Manati Amazônia in partnership with Turismo Turismo Aware takes you to the Festival of Parintins with the right to travel on the Amazon River aboard a very comfortable boat, the Jacare-Açu or Sebastião Borges. The city of Parintins is located 420 km from Manaus almost on the border with the state of Pará. The trip is amazing and lasts one and a half in steady rhythm of celebration with a scenario Amazon. On island we will be placed in a private navy which has a structure with a pool and a dock for unloading. This year we offer two different programs, with one trip airfare for your best comfort and speed and the other with a better return by boat to enjoy the scenery of the Amazon River. Here are two programs:
Program 1 - June 27 until July 01st - Going by boat / Returning by place - Boat Jacaré-Açu:
 Day 1 - 27 June - Wednesday
Arrival in Manaus and transfer to hotel Tropical.
Day 2 - June 28 - Thursday
Departure from the docks Tropical Hotel in 08 hours. For reasons of security we prefer not to travel at night and we will stop at the town of Itacoatiara for the night. Dinner is served on board but for those who want it you can walk a walk to the town of Itacoatiara.
Day 3 - Friday
Arrived in Parintins to 16 hours, free afternoon to explore the city. At night the first presentation of the Festival. Get ready to know the biggest party of the Amazon.
Day 4 - Saturday
Much excitement and entertainment on the island of Parintins. We will take a boat trip around the island and the Folk Festival this evening one of the largest folk festivals and cultural needs of the Amazon attracting visitors from around the Intier.
Day 5 - July 01 - Sunday
Transfer to the airport of Parintins and Manaus and then return to your hometown.

Program 2 - June 26 until July 04 - Going and returning on the boat Sebastião Borges: 
Day 1 - June 26 - Tuesday
Arrival in Manaus and transfer to Hotel St. Paul.
Day 2 - June 27 - Wednesday
Departure from the docks Tropical Hotel in 09 hours. For reasons of security we prefer not to travel at night and we will stop at the town of Itacoatiara for the night. Dinner is served on board but for those who want it you can walk a walk to the town of Itacoatiara.
Day 3 - June 28 - Thursday
Arrival in Parintins to 16 hours. Afternoon free for a reconnaissance tour of the city. Tonight it is realized the festival for visitors where they are invited to learn the dances and music of two groups: Garantido and Caprichoso and contact a few typical figures of the Festival.
Day 4,5,6 days - 29, June 30 and July 1 - Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Breakfast, lunch and dinner on board. Much excitement and entertainment on the island of Parintins. We will take a boat trip around the island and the Folk Festival this evening one of the largest folk festivals and cultural needs of the Amazon attracting visitors from around the Intier.
Day 7 - July 2 - Monday
Early morning boat up the river up to Manaus Amazonas. The night will be spent somewhere on the road with the speed of navigation.
Day 8 - July 3 - Tuesday
Navigation throughout the day and night near the mouth of the Rio Preto da Eva.
9th Day - July 4 - Wednesday
Arrival in Manaus planned for 13 hours. Transfer to the airport.

• 3 storeys (with shower Terrace / middle floor: 06 double cabins with air-conditioning and toilette/1er floor: kitchen, dining room, hammocks conditioned with TV and som)
