1° Day Monday
Monday Depart Hotel Tropical at 14:30 pm Presentation of the crew of the ship and itinerary. Welcome drink. Navigating to the region Xiborena. Ride and canoe trip on igarapés (small stretch of the river) to observe the daily lives of residents of houseboats: jute, market products, rubber plantations, and also the forest and lagoons victoria regia (water lilies) ( depending on the season). Back at sunset to observe the night life, including caimans. Navigation up the Rio Amazonas (Rio Solimões) to Lake Janauacá. Dinner.
2° Day Tuesday
Tuesday canoe ride at dawn to watch the birds. You will see (if nature allows!) Of Hoatzins, egrets and cormorants and many other birds. Breakfast. Visiting residents (caboclos) who live in the lagoon of planting cassava, fishing, extrativisme - fruit, gum, Brazil nuts, timber and other products. Walking in the forest with the comments of an expert guide. Lunch. Navigation. Fishing for piranhas or other fish. Dinner. Output for observation of nocturnal animals, including birds, snakes, sloths and frogs. Navigation on Rio Amazonas.
3° Day Wednesday
Wednesday canoe ride at sunrise for bird watching in the Ecological Park and nearby Janauary. Breakfast. Navigating to Manaus. The boat passes the city where one can observe the floating of timber, the Municipal Market, the port, the old brewery, houses on stilts, etc.. Stop at the Hotel Tropical from 11:30 h. at 14:30 pm Navigation upstream the Rio Negro to the Rio Pagodão (tributary of Rio Negro). Canoe ride at night with night return (the possibility of observing nocturnal animals and sounds of the forest. Dinner.
4° Day Thursday
Thursday Breakfast. Excursion in the forest with the comments of an expert guide. Observation of the flora. Visit the home of a caboclo opportunity to enjoy local life in its simplicity. Lunch. Navigation through the Archipelago Anavilhanas, the second largest river archipelago in the world, more than 1,000 miles of ocean. Dinner. Navigation. Evening stroll with the possibility of seeing alligators, frogs, snakes and other species depending on the season.
5° Day Friday
Navigation to Praia Grande or other white sand beach.
Swimming if conditions permit, observation of vegetation on soil arena.
Canoe ride on Lake Acajatuba or around to see the local flora (rubber trees, Brazil nut trees, palms of various kinds).
Fishing for piranhas.
Dinner. Night walk to observe caimans. Navigation.
6° Day Saturday
Lake Janauary. Boat ride at sunrise for bird watching. Discover the forest and the victoria regia (seasonal). Breakfast. Navigating to the "Meeting of Waters". Back at the Hotel Tropical to 11:30 h.

Departure from the Hotel Tropical at 2:30 pm Navigation upstream the Rio Negro to the Rio Pagodão (tributary of Rio Negro). Canoe ride at night with night return (a great chance to spot nocturnal animals and experience the sounds of the forest). Dinner.
2° Day Thursday
Breakfast. Excursion in the forest with the comments of an expert guide. Observation of the flora. Visit to the home of a caboclo, opportunity to enjoy the local life in its simplicity. Lunch.
